Job Summary

Own weekly commit operationalization and support forecast calls for key priorities across the quarter. Serve as an advisory partner to sales and cross-functional teams on tools, policies, process change, and supply chain constraint management. Analyze bookings quality and backlog, lead stakeholder operational business reviews, and drive process/system automation through change requests. Provide consultation for complex hardware deals and escalation ownership at the executive level.

•Attend forecast calls to identify weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities.
•Coordinate weekly commit operationalization with cross-functional teams and drive required actions.
•Prepare “Sneak Peek” reports for theatre and segment during critical period-ends.
•Advise on field/customer operations, tools, policies, processes, and manage supply chain consultation and constraints.
•Drive process and system automation via change requests; support bookings quality/backlog analysis and executive-level escalations.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree or equivalent education.
•7+ years of related experience in field operations and/or operations management.
•Fluent in Japanese and proficient in written and spoken English.
•Strong knowledge of end-to-end field operational processes, including experience in a channel business structure.
•Proficiency translating data into business intelligence and advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with change management in transformation environments.
