Own planning, process definition, progress monitoring, release coordination, and cross-functional reporting to senior executives. Coordinate multiple software development initiatives with distributed UK/Ireland, US, and Japan stakeholders, manage dependencies, risks, and disruptions, and help standardize TPM ways of working to improve both internal processes and external delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Software Engineering Manager to coordinate software development, testing, and release activities.
•Create project plans for software projects contributing to the PlayStation developer platform.
•Coordinate stakeholders on objectives, milestones, and quality expectations.
•Coordinate product testing activities with colleagues across QA and report progress cross-functionally and to senior executives.
•Manage internal projects to balance internal process improvement with external delivery commitments, and contribute to improving project management and software development practices.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant project management experience.
•Experience managing multiple software development projects with medium-to-high complexity and globally distributed teams.
•Strong track record delivering projects on schedule, including parallel project delivery.
•Experience delivering change management or standardisation initiatives.
•Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum), plus a strong software engineering background with hands-on experience.
