Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Software Engineering Manager to coordinate software development, testing, and release activities.
  • •Create project plans for software projects contributing to the PlayStation developer platform.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders on objectives, milestones, and quality expectations.
  • •Coordinate product testing activities with colleagues across QA and report progress cross-functionally and to senior executives.
  • •Manage internal projects to balance internal process improvement with external delivery commitments, and contribute to improving project management and software development practices.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Experience managing multiple software development projects with medium-to-high complexity and globally distributed teams.
  • •Strong track record delivering projects on schedule, including parallel project delivery.

  • •Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum), plus a strong software engineering background with hands-on experience.
