Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional Hammam treatments in line with hotel brand standards while maintaining five-star client care, cleaning standards and grooming.
  • •Assist in revenue generation through retail, up selling and cross sales to other spa business centers.
  • •Maintain high standards of cleanliness and grooming within the Hammam and spa areas.
  • •Report to the Hammam Manager and collaborate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth spa operations.
  • •Contribute to the guest experience by anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized service.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury Hammam and a strong experience in health & beauty; creative, dynamic, passionate and flexible.
