Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead automotive parts projects as the primary project team leader with overall responsibility for financial results, timing plan, and budget tracking.
  • •Manage technical interfaces with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring functional analysis, internal specifications, feasibility studies, and required documentation are compliant.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and cost calculations; prepare and maintain project summaries and cost proposals with milestone approvals and project file records in 3DEx PLM.
  • •Drive D-FMEA and DVP definition and follow-up, coordinate design reviews, part functionality, and drawing release with CAD/CAE support, and support design-to-cost efforts.
  • •Support feasibility and program targets through sales activities, tooling/layout and subcontracting spec consolidation, supplier evaluation, and coordination of kick-off and project reviews (including scorecards).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile engineering, or MSc/PG in a related field.
  • •7–10 years of experience in program management related activities.
  • •Strong background in automotive parts, manufacturing processes, and technology.
  • •Knowledge and commitment to IATF, TS, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • •Ability to mentor and coach a project team with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
