Key Responsibilities

  • •Run smoke and regression testing before workflow and system releases go live
  • •Verify bug fixes and configuration changes behave as expected across affected processes and maintain release sign-off checklists
  • •Investigate and triage issues by reproducing them, inspecting API request/response failures, reading logs/traces, and escalating with evidence
  • •Monitor automated workflow health by investigating failed or stuck runs and performing safe re-runs/recovery steps under guidance
