Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product Managers and operational teams to conceptualize and develop new features, engaging directly with users and stakeholders to understand needs.
•Own problems from understanding through delivery and measurement, making informed technical and product decisions.
•Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies to solve challenges and advance goals, and evangelize AI across projects.
•Help define and maintain development practices to enable fast iteration while ensuring quality, including writing tests and documenting key implementations.
•Build and refactor complex distributed systems with an emphasis on scalability and real-world healthcare impact.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software with proficiency in one or more common languages, and are also familiar with various databases and web frontend technology.

•Experience building and refactoring complex distributed systems with an emphasis on scalability.
•Ability to understand business context and connect technical work to outcomes and user impact.
•Willingness to engage with stakeholders, define problems, and own delivery from problem understanding through measurement.
