Insomniac Events - Project Manager, Visual Communications

Lead the advancement, design, production, and deployment of requested visual assets within the Visual Communications department. You’ll manage and facilitate production meetings, coordinate cross-functionally across experience, operations, production, and fabrication, and ensure project timelines and budgets are followed. Own documentation and SOPs, maintain detailed digital records, support safe operations of equipment, and provide updates to key leads. Recruitment, training, and occasional economy travel are also part of the role.
