Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, administer, and maintain cost control systems and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts for medium complexity/value projects.
  • •Assist in preparing and reviewing cost estimates and provide cost information to support decisions and alternative selection.
  • •Evaluate and analyze fee proposals/bids and provide recommendations for decision making.
  • •Provide forecasts and cash flow analysis; maintain and manage cost reports with regular updates on financial position.
  • •Build reporting tracking tools (including earned value evaluation), develop and maintain project schedule support, and extract/reconcile data to ensure accuracy and a clean audit trail, including applicable SOX controls.

Key Requirements
