Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with assigned practice groups to support initiatives that drive new business from existing clients and prospects, assisting the Client Growth Managers in adopting best practices.
  • •Assist in driving business development goals, including organizing conferences, events, seminars, webinars, and thought leadership activities.
  • •Collaborate with Communications, PR, Events, and Design teams to tailor information for different audiences and ensure consistency across materials.
  • •Prepare pitches and proposals, ensure content quality, and assist in executing responses to RFPs.
  • •Leverage business intelligence and BD tools to research prospects, clients, industries, and trends, presenting data succinctly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of three (3) years of increasingly responsible, directly related experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in a professional services role.
  • •Strong business acumen.
  • •Demonstrated project management experience is an asset.
  • •Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and work independently and with others.
