VAT Compliance & Advisory Manager

Lead the EMEA VAT compliance function and provide complex VAT advice to shared service center and operating divisions. Oversee VAT registrations, due diligence for acquisitions and divestments, risk review processes, and VAT balance sheet reconciliations. Drive process and systems improvements through automation and special projects, liaise with UK and overseas tax authorities, and ensure VAT training and effective people management within the VAT team.
