Senior Research Operations Program Manager

Build and enable Okta’s user research practice by programmatically managing cross-functional research needs across research, design, product, and engineering. Lead operations for a research beta program, manage inbound research requests and prioritization, and develop documentation, templates, and repositories for methods and procedures. Maintain research participant databases/panels, ensure compliance with privacy/ethical standards, and improve risk management, accessibility, and inclusion while helping teams grow their research skills.
