Job Summary

Lead a data-driven sales operations function by translating enterprise sales strategy into consistent execution across regions and branches. Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, Branch Operations, and Analytics to optimize sales processes, improve productivity, and drive profitable growth. Design and standardize workflows (pipeline, territory planning, quoting, and CRM usage), build performance reporting and KPIs, and support planning, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives.

•Enable consistent execution of sales processes across regions, areas, and sales teams.
•Partner with Sales leadership to implement strategies that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and customer retention.
•Lead design, standardization, and continuous improvement of sales processes (pipeline management, territory planning, quoting, CRM usage).
•Develop and manage sales performance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for Sales leaders.
•Support annual and ongoing planning and performance management, including goal setting, commissions, and sales forecasting.

•Strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.
