Job Summary

Build and embed Wise’s Intra-Company Risk Framework, extending Third Party Risk controls to intra-company service arrangements across onboarding, ongoing oversight, and offboarding between Wise entities. Partner with regional leads and country managers to coordinate cross-team initiatives, provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders, and drive risk awareness. Own key components of the TPRM programme to support governance, regulatory compliance, and consistent execution as Wise expands internationally.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and embed the Intra-Company Risk Framework by improving the internal entity lifecycle (onboarding, ongoing oversight, and offboarding) across Wise entities.
•Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of Intra-Company risk management across regions.
•Partner with Third Party Risk Regional Leads, Country Managers, and the Third Party Management team to align local delivery with global policy and best practice.
•Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-team initiatives related to intra-company and third-party risk.
•Own key components of the TPRM programme to support governance, regulatory compliance, and Wise’s risk and business objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,700 - 5,200 monthly

Key Requirements

•Background in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk within financial services, with the ability to interpret regulations into operational steps and controls.
•Understanding of and experience applying controls appropriately to complex, cross-entity (intra-company) processes.
•Ability to untangle complex workflows across entities/teams and improve structure, efficiency, documentation, and compliance.
•Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across different regions and entities.
•Comfort with ambiguity and delivering as a program evolves and scales with the business.
