Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead process engineering design activities including material and energy balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and process calculations.
  • •Support FEED and detailed engineering for new manufacturing facilities.
  • •Develop utility systems and hydraulic calculations for boilers, water treatment, compressed air, and other plant utilities.
  • •Drive process control strategies, automation reviews, and factory acceptance testing activities.
  • •Lead commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and process optimization, including process safety programs and technical support for equipment/vendor evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • •8 years of experience in the chemical, specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical, food & beverage or petrochemical industry.

  • •Hands-on experience supporting greenfield or brownfield projects.
  • •Process Safety Management experience, plus Lean Six Sigma certification.
