Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of AI Engineering, translating leadership direction into actionable plans across a growing portfolio of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives. Lead portfolio delivery and governance from ideation through production, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and apply Agile delivery practices. Drive executive reporting, cross-functional alignment, and risk/dependency resolution to deliver reliable, production-grade AI capabilities.

•Act as a trusted extension of AI Engineering leadership, translating priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
•Lead the AI/GenAI/Agentic AI portfolio from ideation through production and optimization.
•Establish governance practices for AI lifecycle management, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
•Manage portfolio budgets/forecasts and oversee vendor relationships, including SOWs and invoicing.
•Drive cross-functional alignment using Agile and modern software delivery practices, providing executive reporting on delivery status and risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in program/portfolio management within technology organizations, with banking preferred.
•Experience managing AI/ML and GenAI portfolios.

•Knowledge of MLOps/AIOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
•Skills in portfolio budgeting/forecasting, cost optimization, and vendor contract/SOW management.
