Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead internal feasibility assessments and business cases to support commercialization plans, including defining network capability and associated capital.
  • •Lead commercialization for select packaging projects globally, managing team engagement, timelines, costs, and contingency planning.
  • •Coordinate internal feasibility scoping with Quality and Research & Development to ensure proper procedures are followed before initiatives and capital projects.
  • •Assess capacity needs across the product life cycle and recommend solutions to optimize throughput and margin; provide updates on deliverables, cost, and next steps.
  • •Develop capital business cases with finance and project teams and lead technical and supply chain readiness for successful startups; support continuous improvement of the commercialization process.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years combined experience in manufacturing, business development, or HQ business team experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of project management experience for consumer products.
  • •Minimum 3 years experience in basic marketing/finance principles.
  • •Minimum 2 years of plant manufacturing or R&D experience (preferred).
