Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic financial direction and insights to senior leadership and the VRS Shared Services team.
  • •Oversee accounting operations to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance; manage month-end and year-end close processes and internal controls.
  • •Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, including variance analysis and financial model development; partner with department heads on budget performance.
  • •Oversee preparation and delivery of accurate, timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring statutory and regulatory reporting compliance.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the VRS Finance team, setting performance objectives and fostering a high-performance finance culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
  • •Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Professional certification: CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA (highly preferred).
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
  • •Experience in shared services, hospitality, tourism, or government-related environments is an advantage.
