Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, lead, and implement new business strategy for annuity distribution channels and administrative strategy for the advisory channel.
  • •Lead the Policy Disbursements team for Life and Annuity and serve as Regulation 60 subject matter expert and sole contact for market conduct and related filing questions/reviews.
  • •Oversee acquisition and advisory business processes, including underwriting/new business strategy execution, service components, and adherence to annuity financial controls and regulatory requirements.
  • •Monitor operations performance metrics/KPIs and adjust practices to achieve annuity risk metrics and service level objectives.
  • •Manage operations for technical and critical service issues, oversee call/client relationship activities, and mentor/educate others for audit and regulatory responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in business administration, management, finance, pre-law, or related field/technical insurance coursework preferred.
