Finance Manager, Regulatory & Compliance

Oversee finance regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls across the organization. Monitor changes in financial regulations, assess risks, and recommend control enhancements while coordinating remediation. Lead audit readiness by managing internal/external audit documentation and tracking findings to completion. Standardize and improve finance processes and controls, partnering with Finance, Operations, Internal Audit, Legal, HR, and IT to strengthen the control environment and support enterprise initiatives.
