Own the vision and outcomes of the affiliate client services organization, defining how affiliate delivery is structured, resourced, and executed while driving commercial and operational performance. Lead and scale a globally dispersed team with P&L ownership, margin accountability, and superior client satisfaction. Partner across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People to build future operating models and accelerate AI-enabled delivery that improves quality, capacity, and results.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the vision and outcomes for affiliate program delivery, including departmental P&L and top/bottom-line performance.
•Lead, manage, and hold a globally dispersed affiliate delivery organization accountable for performance and culture.
•Make final decisions on headcount, hiring, promotions, compensation, and ensure margin targets are met.
•Ensure superior client satisfaction through high-quality day-to-day delivery, escalation, and risk identification.
•Drive execution excellence and AI transformation by adopting new tools/workflows and scaling what works across the organization.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

•Bachelor's degree required and ability to travel up to 30% (including internationally).
