Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision and outcomes for affiliate program delivery, including departmental P&L and top/bottom-line performance.
  • •Lead, manage, and hold a globally dispersed affiliate delivery organization accountable for performance and culture.
  • •Make final decisions on headcount, hiring, promotions, compensation, and ensure margin targets are met.
  • •Ensure superior client satisfaction through high-quality day-to-day delivery, escalation, and risk identification.
  • •Drive execution excellence and AI transformation by adopting new tools/workflows and scaling what works across the organization.
