Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design for platform-foundation initiatives, shaping strategy through shipped, polished UX.
  • •Unify the control tower experience by connecting agent configuration, governance, and monitoring into a coherent mental model for customers.
  • •Drive the design side of a PLG transition, including self-serve onboarding and in-product education that converts without a sales call.
  • •Work directly with enterprise customers, observing challenges firsthand and designing solutions for complex CX environments.
  • •Establish reusable design patterns, systems, and quality bars that other designers and engineers build on.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of product design experience on complex B2B/enterprise SaaS platforms (AI, data, developer tools, or workflow products a plus).
  • •Proven ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from zero to shipped, not just execution against a spec.
  • •High agency to find problems worth solving and drive them to done without waiting for permission.
  • •Strong systems thinking to design coherent frameworks, not one-off screens.
  • •Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional and distributed teams.
