Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute technical professional services projects to implement advanced features and integrations.
  • •Advise customers on network observability and help them design and optimize infrastructure using Kentik insights.
  • •Analyze customer usage patterns and network data to identify visibility gaps and recommend features/workflows.
  • •Help customers integrate Kentik with their tools, systems, and workflows using APIs and scripting.
  • •Conduct technical check-ins, share new features/roadmap, and channel technical feedback and feature requests to Product Management.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in high-tech solutions engineering, professional services, or network engineering.
  • •Must be located on the U.S. West Coast.
  • •Strong understanding of network and application protocols, including Netflow, BGP, SNMP, DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP.
  • •Proven experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers.
  • •Familiarity with network observability/monitoring suites (e.g., Kentik, Netscout Arbor, Splunk, Dynatrace, Catchpoint).
