Job Summary

Join Scale Army as an Account Executive to turn inbound interest into signed clients for offshore staffing, software, and AI-enabled services. Remotely based, supporting US-based clients with flexible LATAM/Africa/Eastern Europe time zones.

Key Responsibilities

•Run high-quality discovery calls with prospective clients to understand growth goals, marketing operations, team structure, bottlenecks, and hiring history.
•Engage in consultative selling and hiring strategy discussions to determine the actual roles clients need (e.g., Social Media Manager, Paid Ads Manager, Lifecycle Marketer, Sales Rep, Project Manager).
•Close deals by guiding prospects toward signing engagement letters, handling objections, creating urgency, and maintaining momentum from call to close.
•Communicate effectively with CEOs, founders, and operators; discuss hiring strategies and how Scale Army’s products can help them grow.
•Build and maintain pipeline momentum to ensure a reliable revenue contribution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,500 - 4,500 monthly

•Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
•Excellent English skills
•Comfortable working US East Coast hours (9am–6pm EST)
