Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer deployments from initial discovery through production launch.
  • •Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals, then translate requirements into practical AI workflows and implementation plans.
  • •Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
  • •Help customers integrate Retell with existing systems, APIs, and business processes; troubleshoot issues across integrations, APIs, webhooks, telephony, authentication, and deployments.
  • •Run technical sessions, demos, and implementation reviews; support testing, iteration, optimization, and capture learnings into repeatable playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills for customers and internal teams.
  • •Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, implementation, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • •Ability to work hands-on with APIs, technical integrations, and software systems.
  • •Clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Strong organization and ability to manage multiple customer projects in ambiguous environments.
