Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, guidance, and training across warehouse functional areas including order handling, wave management, shipping, and material handling.
  • •Lead a team of area managers and warehouse personnel to build an environment focused on continuous improvement through mentorship and clearly defined roles.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of multiple interacting fulfillment systems and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure needed tools and products are available.
  • •Maintain safe warehouse operations compliant with federal and state requirements (including FDA/OSHA), while establishing security procedures and protocols.
  • •Manage inventory processes (reconciliation, loss prevention/control), implement QA policies, and drive efficiency, quality, and cost control while reporting on KPIs/OKRs.
