Metrology Equipment Technician (DM5) - 1st shift

Maintain and improve metrology tool performance in the semiconductor fab by performing preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve tool issues efficiently, monitor and analyze relevant data, and coordinate supplier service when needed. Produce technical reports and recommendations based on findings to eliminate repeat downtime and ensure process requirements are met.
