Lead PMO-style monitoring and reporting for medium-to-large regulatory and finance change initiatives across US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, track, and report delivery of regulatory/finance change projects across global regions (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
•Ensure change-owned tasks and increment planning readiness (e.g., EPICs and sprint-ready user stories).
•Prioritize and balance portfolio demand against available development capacity across multiple projects.
•Track program health using accurate, timely metrics and create data insights to improve execution.
•Support SDLC adherence and manage risks/issues/dependencies through closure while showcasing achievements and status to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•12–16 years of experience in program/project delivery and PMO-related tracking and reporting.
•Graduate degree in Commerce, Business or Technology.
•Project Management certification (if any).
•Strong project management office experience defining delivery metrics and tracking complex initiatives.
•Understanding of finance change delivery projects, especially in an Agile delivery context, with experience managing senior stakeholders and communicating leadership updates.
