Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary interface between the company and contract manufacturers, ensuring feedback and requirements are addressed promptly.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to implement a successful program lifecycle, including monitoring financial status, analyzing business efficiency, and controlling spending within budget.
  • •Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to support on-time delivery and budget/schedule/quality adherence.
  • •Manage and coordinate program timelines to ensure on-time delivery and consistently achieve goals through continuous improvement in cost management.
  • •Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, performance metrics, and internal customer feedback while coordinating communication to streamline workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 175,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
  • •Formal project management education, including PMP or Scrum Master.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills to manage complex, dynamic ecosystems.
  • •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including presentation and written/verbal communication for executive-level interaction.
  • •Strong knowledge of productivity and project tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
