Key Responsibilities

•Provide first aid and triage for minor workplace illnesses, injuries, and acute symptoms, including appropriate referrals to reduce non-emergent ER/urgent care use.
•Conduct onsite biometric screenings and administer vaccinations (e.g., flu and travel vaccines as applicable).
•Support condition management and education for chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia, including medication adherence pathways (e.g., GLP-1/weight management).
•Collaborate with Health & Wellness Coaches, Registered Dietitians, and clinical leadership to deliver integrated care plans and shared goals.
•Document encounters and insights in the secure digital health platform and support Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and data security.

Key Requirements

•Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
•3+ years of nursing experience (occupational health, primary care, or community health preferred).
•Experience with biometric screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care.
•Comfort working independently as part of an interdisciplinary care team in an onsite clinic environment.
•Current CPR/BLS certification and proficiency with digital documentation/health platforms.
