Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first aid and triage for minor workplace illnesses, injuries, and acute symptoms, including appropriate referrals to reduce non-emergent ER/urgent care use.
  • •Conduct onsite biometric screenings and administer vaccinations (e.g., flu and travel vaccines as applicable).
  • •Support condition management and education for chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia, including medication adherence pathways (e.g., GLP-1/weight management).

  • •Document encounters and insights in the secure digital health platform and support Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and data security.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • •3+ years of nursing experience (occupational health, primary care, or community health preferred).
  • •Experience with biometric screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care.
  • •Comfort working independently as part of an interdisciplinary care team in an onsite clinic environment.
  • •Current CPR/BLS certification and proficiency with digital documentation/health platforms.
