Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full leadership and management accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance for a multi-cell, multi-shift value stream.
  • •Set standards and drive operational excellence across the organization.
  • •Support deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, including control systems, tools, and metrics to measure progress and drive improvement.
  • •Support workforce forecasting and planning, staffing budget oversight, area layout, unit hour performance, and flow management.
  • •Identify and control overhead expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. citizenship is required; the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.
  • •Ability to execute commitments and consistently meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
