Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, develop, and prioritize new partnership opportunities that drive revenue, subscriber growth, audience growth, distribution, engagement, and strategic objectives.
  • •Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners across relevant categories, platforms, and emerging business models.
  • •Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate partnership economics, strategic value, risks, and upside.
  • •Lead negotiations and structure commercial terms, working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Content to move from concept to signed agreement.
  • •Own post-signature launch through ongoing partnership management, establish KPIs/cadences, monitor performance, and lead renewal and expansion strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience, with 5+ in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development, management consulting, digital media, technology, entertainment, or a related field.
  • •Experience owning complex commercial deals from opportunity identification through negotiation, execution, and ongoing management.
  • •Strong commercial judgment with a track record of structuring partnerships that create measurable business value.
  • •Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex agreements with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • •Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including building financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate deal economics and recommendations.
