Job Summary

Design and apply AI-assisted development techniques to real-world product and platform systems—spanning code generation, test automation, refactoring tools, and release optimization. Key Responsibilities

•Apply AI-assisted development techniques to real-world product and platform challenges such as code generation, test creation, static analysis, or dependency refactoring.
•Partner with product engineers, DevOps, and the Development Platform team to integrate AI-driven workflows into existing systems and processes.
•Translate proven techniques into reusable platform services, SDKs, and frameworks that accelerate adoption across engineering.
•Partner with product engineering teams on high-impact initiatives like codebase modernization, performance refactors, or CI/CD workflow automation.
•Coach and mentor engineers on the effective and responsible use of AI while contributing to the technical strategy for AI integration into the developer platform and delivery roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership across squads or groups.
•Strong hands-on coding skills and experience delivering production systems across complex codebases.
•Backend or fullstack expertise with one or more of Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Python, Go, React, TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin/Android.
•Demonstrated success using AI tools to improve engineering productivity (e.g., AI-assisted code generation/review, automated test authoring, or workflow orchestration).
•Experience with CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure, and developer platform tooling; strong standards for system design, code quality, and operational excellence.
