•Responsible for implementing and communicating long-term incentive (equity, stock options, RSUs) policies and programs in the AMS region.
•Design and review LTI plans and policies to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance through research on leading company practices.
•Collaborate with Performance & Incentives team members on total rewards package work for AMS-region employees when required.
•Support LTI-related duties as assigned.
•Benchmark performance and incentives practices to improve strategy and return on investment.
