  • •Analyze user needs to define how autonomous agents solve complex, multi-step business problems, including edge cases and trust boundaries.
  • •Define success criteria and evaluation frameworks for agentic behaviors, including telemetry, grounding quality, and escalation paths.
  • •Analyze market trends, competitor frameworks, customer research, and usage/performance signals to drive fast iteration.
  • •Partner with designers and engineers to build and launch features, and evangelize product vision to stakeholders.
