Key Responsibilities

  • •Own implementation projects from initial scoping through to launch, setting requirements, timelines, and responsibilities across HRIS and Athena.
  • •Lead complex data migrations for global organisations using AI-assisted tooling to accelerate preparation and validate accuracy at scale.
  • •Configure Humaans around each customer’s organisational structure, workflows, and policies to reflect how they operate.
  • •Guide customers through integrations, APIs, and webhooks to help them leverage the platform’s technical capabilities.
  • •Act as a trusted adviser to manage stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations and ensure a seamless handover to Customer Success.
