Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead ad hoc projects and ongoing programs to drive operational efficiency and well-managed delivery.
  • •Analyze data and communicate findings to GEA leaders to inform decision making.
  • •Assist Chiefs of Staff and GEA leaders with strategic planning, including financial and resource planning, and change management.
  • •Develop and support reporting to ensure GEA is well-managed.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements, create and measure success metrics, and monitor progress toward goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,700 - 100,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management, or a combination.
  • •Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure information gathering and use data to influence decisions.
  • •Demonstrate outstanding communication and teamwork skills across teams and organizations.
  • •Possess exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and results-oriented execution while multitasking and managing urgency and priorities.
