  • •Map, guide, and improve daily operations to ensure accurate delivery of customer orders.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety, and facility requirements while meeting operational goals.
  • •Analyze shift performance to identify operational opportunities, trends, and potential cost-saving improvements, partnering with production planning as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing or production plants (food/beverage/perishables/CPG/eComm).
  • •3+ years managing 150-200+ employees in a hyper-growth organization.
  • •Inventory control management, including experience building or improving warehouse management or inventory tracking systems (WMS implementation).
  • •Continuous improvement/Lean manufacturing background (Six Sigma, APICS, Kaizen certification).
  • •Bachelor’s degree; high school diploma or GED; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
