Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the UK-based Banking & Markets executive team.
  • •Coordinate governance and leadership forums (including Executive Leadership Meetings, QBRs, all-staff meetings, town halls, and offsites) and align schedules with stakeholders.
  • •Organise and support in-person client meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, guest registration, catering, and onsite coordination.
  • •Coordinate leadership visits, team events, and business engagement activities.
  • •Support onboarding for new joiners and maintain key administrative processes (distribution lists and the Banking & Markets Hub).

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, office management, or business support role.
  • •Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.
  • •Excellent diary management and meeting coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver work accurately and efficiently.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
