Job Summary

Lead Safety Architect role focusing on functional safety for NVIDIA’s autonomous vehicle technologies. Key Responsibilities

•Represent NVIDIA’s functional safety strategy and architectures to the customer and ensure alignment with their system needs.
•Collaborate with customers to understand functional safety requirements and system architectures and feed those insights back to development teams.
•Assist customers to safely integrate and validate NVIDIA products in their systems and vehicles.
•Support customer-facing safety collateral and tailored functional safety platforms for strategic customers.
•Work with safety management, solution architects, sales and marketing teams to deliver state-of-the-art safety products and analyses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 241,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years of relevant experience in system safety, functional safety, or systems engineering (or an advanced degree with equivalent experience)
•Deep understanding of functional safety system architectures required to meet ISO 26262; experience with related standards such as IEC 61508 considered
•Experience interacting with customers and managing engagements
•Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
•ADAS or autonomous vehicle systems robotics or industrial safety experience (ways to stand out)
