Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, debug, and optimize SLT test programs for AMD processors.
  • •Support new product bring-up, characterization, and test margin analysis.
  • •Analyze product and test data to improve yield, quality, test coverage, and test time.
  • •Investigate and resolve issues across silicon, firmware, design, and manufacturing.
  • •Partner with design, diagnostics, foundry, supply chain, and engineering teams to drive product readiness, and improve test methodologies and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, digital logic, circuit theory, or computer architecture.
  • •Experience developing and debugging SLT test programs for processors.
  • •Programming/scripting experience with Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, or shell scripting (or similar).
  • •Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and Pareto-based problem solving.
  • •Familiarity with PC hardware, system bring-up, and ATE environments with hardware debug methodologies.
Education:Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplines)
