Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as EMEA project lead/SME/trainer/UAT lead for S/4HANA materials planning and deliver post go-live support.
  • •Own integrated planning, manage dependencies, and ensure cutover readiness including training, adoption, and change management.
  • •Lead PT materials planning improvements and standardization projects, ensuring adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model.
  • •Assist EMEA materials planners with skills development and troubleshooting for SAP S4 and support process/technology/personnel transformation.
  • •Coordinate ERP system issue resolution with IT and partner with analytics to develop reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •6 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Proven project management experience focused on data governance and supply chain processes.
  • •Proficiency with SAP ERP and understanding of master data standards/interoperability (e.g., Material, BOM, Recipe, Production Version).
