Job Summary

Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and power transmission systems while maintaining facility support services equipment. Read blueprints and wiring schematics, perform TPM and scheduled machine checks, and respond to production emergencies. Diagnose and repair electronic controls for industrial equipment using tools such as multi-meters and pressure/vacuum/flow gauges. Off-shift role with training on 1st shift up to a year, then transfer to 2nd/3rd/5th shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and power transmission systems; calibrate electronic/electrical devices to historical standards.
•Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility support services equipment (HVAC, process piping, and electrical services).
•Perform regular scheduled TPM, machine checks, and plan/execute repairs.
•Respond to production emergencies and report potentially dangerous situations.
•Diagnose and repair industrial equipment control systems (motor controls, programmable controls, CNC controls, relay logic, AC/DC power supplies) and read blueprints/wiring schematics.
