Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including group health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, EFAP, retirement plans, and other offerings.
  • •Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on eligibility, coverage, claims processes, accommodations, leaves, and support resources.
  • •Manage the full lifecycle of leave, disability, and accommodation cases, including intake, documentation, case tracking, vendor coordination, return-to-work planning, and ongoing support.
  • •Support Sephora Canada’s 2027 benefits carrier transition with implementation activities, data validation, testing, employee communications, issue resolution, and post-launch support.
  • •Create and maintain communication materials, FAQs, reference guides, and reports/tracking tools to improve employee support and operational effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, Total Rewards, or a related field, including at least 3 years supporting employee benefits and leave programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of group benefits, retirement programs, disability and leave administration, eligibility, and payroll implications.
  • •A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CBP designation is considered an asset.
  • •Experience supporting benefits implementations, carrier transitions, system conversions, or major program enhancements is considered an asset.
  • •Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
