Global Order Operations Analyst with French

Manage key customer accounts and oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery. Serve as the main contact for order and delivery status, handling inquiries, returns, and claims. Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and overdue payments, investigate billing disputes, and support credit decisions. Partner with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and logistics to resolve supply challenges and improve processes, while maintaining compliance and reporting KPIs.
