Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the design, development, and testing of spacecraft and launch vehicle hardware with senior engineers.
  • •Support systems engineering activities including requirements definition, interface management, and integration across flight systems.
  • •Assist with mechanical engineering tasks such as CAD modeling, design for manufacturability, and structural/thermal design of components.
  • •Perform structural, thermal, or fluid analyses and contribute to trade studies guiding major design decisions.
  • •Participate in test campaigns (vibration, thermal-vacuum, propulsion performance, or structural testing) and support engineering documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be an incoming sophomore, junior, or senior at a 4-year institution or a junior/community college to be eligible.
  • •Have hands-on project experience through internships, research, senior design projects, or extracurricular activities.
  • •Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • •Show motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Comply with ITAR/EAR space technology trade restrictions as a documented U.S. Person or via the ability to receive a trade license from the cognizant agency.
