Lead the development, deployment, and support of advanced machine learning and statistical models for forecasting and prescriptive insights. Collaborate with engineering leads to identify strategic data opportunities, build Power BI dashboards, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives within RTX India’s IEC data analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions using DMRO data to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making. Oversee the creation of Power BI dashboards to deliver impactful insights for the MRO network.
•Collaborate with engineering organization leads to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for leveraging data science and analytics to enhance operations and drive the long-term roadmap.
•Provide technical leadership in defining, prototyping, testing, deploying, and monitoring complex machine learning and statistical models to deliver high-impact predictions and forecasts.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration by aligning teams, fostering an environment of innovation, and leading the identification and execution of high-value continuous improvement initiatives.
•Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards; guide team dynamics using agile/scrum practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics with 8+ years experience (or 10+ years for Bachelor’s level)
•6+ years of experience building machine learning/statistical models
•3+ years of experience in SQL or Databricks
•3+ years of experience in developing solution architecture
•Proficiency in Python and strong communication and teamwork skills (agile/scrum)
