Principal Consultant - CDM & Construction Safety (London and South East)

Lead delivery of CDM and construction safety services for complex, high-value projects across London and the South East. Own Principal Designer duties, drive design risk management, chair risk workshops, and advise clients on statutory CDM duties and the Building Safety Act. Shape project risk strategy across RIBA Stages 2–5, ensuring robust safety deliverables (PCI, hazard logs, HSF) while growing the service offering.
