Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate engineering development activities across system, HW and SW domains within IPT teams
  • •Define and manage development strategy with project teams and stakeholders, covering organization, planning, cost and quality
  • •Monitor and control project progress: identify deviations, implement mitigation plans and manage critical dependencies
  • •Coordinate with technical leaders on technical, schedule, and resource aspects; ensure timely product certification
  • •Animate and align multi-disciplinary teams including external partners/suppliers to a common vision and goals

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field with demonstrated project management and team leadership experience
  • •Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects (systems, HW, SW) and orchestrate objectives with stakeholders
  • •Strong planning, cost control and scheduling skills with risk and dependency management
  • •Autonomous, rigorous and collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • •Experience in coordinating across internal teams and external partners/suppliers (international context)
