Job Summary

Engineering Delivery Manager leads multi-disciplinary engineering efforts (systems, hardware, software) within the Flight Avionics domain. He/She orchestrates product and system development, manages cost, schedule and quality, coordinates IPT teams, partners and suppliers, and drives continuous improvement to bring future products from development to production.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate engineering development activities across system, HW and SW domains within IPT teams
•Define and manage development strategy with project teams and stakeholders, covering organization, planning, cost and quality
•Monitor and control project progress: identify deviations, implement mitigation plans and manage critical dependencies
•Coordinate with technical leaders on technical, schedule, and resource aspects; ensure timely product certification
•Animate and align multi-disciplinary teams including external partners/suppliers to a common vision and goals

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field with demonstrated project management and team leadership experience
•Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects (systems, HW, SW) and orchestrate objectives with stakeholders
•Strong planning, cost control and scheduling skills with risk and dependency management
•Autonomous, rigorous and collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Experience in coordinating across internal teams and external partners/suppliers (international context)
