Key Responsibilities

  • •Own corporate accounting operations including the General Ledger, month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany activities.
  • •Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate, well-supported results delivered on time.
  • •Maintain and scale internal controls and processes as the business grows in complexity.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Technical Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, IT, and other teams on accounting and business matters.
  • •Lead accounting transformation and responsible AI adoption by improving automation, data quality, systems, workflow redesign, and measuring close and productivity outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of corporate or GL accounting in a public company or similarly complex environment.
  • •4+ years of people leadership experience; experience managing managers preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close processes, internal controls, and accounting operations.
  • •Experience transforming Accounting or Finance through meaningful automation, systems/process improvements, and strong project/change leadership.
