Key Responsibilities

  • •Build globalized large-scale recommendation systems for e-commerce on TikTok Shop.
  • •Design and build high-performance online systems and reliable data pipelines.
  • •Optimize and continuously evolve the infrastructure to support rapid increases in traffic and data volume.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
  • •Support scalable infrastructure for innovative recommendation algorithms and techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 3+ years of experience building scalable systems.
  • •Strong software development experience with C++, Java or other programming languages.
  • •Experience in at least one area: personalized recommendations, search, advertising, machine learning infrastructure, distributed storage, or big data frameworks.
  • •Good teamwork and communication skills with a strong sense of ownership.
