•Build globalized large-scale recommendation systems for e-commerce on TikTok Shop.
•Design and build high-performance online systems and reliable data pipelines.
•Optimize and continuously evolve the infrastructure to support rapid increases in traffic and data volume.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
•Support scalable infrastructure for innovative recommendation algorithms and techniques.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 3+ years of experience building scalable systems.
•Strong software development experience with C++, Java or other programming languages.
•Experience in at least one area: personalized recommendations, search, advertising, machine learning infrastructure, distributed storage, or big data frameworks.
•Good teamwork and communication skills with a strong sense of ownership.
•Positive and optimistic attitude.
